How a charge is calculated

charge = (input_tokens  / 1,000,000 × input_rate)
       + (output_tokens / 1,000,000 × output_rate)

   421 output  × ৳1,800 / 1M  =  ৳0.758
       total                      =  ৳1.22

Charges are recorded to two decimal places. Sub-paisa amounts accumulate and settle on the wallet ledger, so nothing is silently rounded up.

Top-up fees

Mobile wallet top-ups carry no platform fee. Card payments pass through the gateway fee, always shown before you confirm.

Failed requests

4xx rejections at the gateway are never billed. Upstream 5xx failures are reconciled back within the hour.

Refunds

Unused balance can be refunded to the original payment method. Policy text is a placeholder pending legal review.
